3-      Select the SECOND password reset option - ‘Do you have a WBS username’?

4-      Fill out the information. For the university number just use your student number without the ‘u’. For the date of birth please include the forward slashes and then press continue.

5-      You can then request the password reset link to your email address - select your Warwick student email address.

6-      The email you receive will include your WBS USERNAME and a link to set your password.
A password must be set. You will not be able to use your WBS account until this is done.

7-      After you have set a password, you can then login to My WBS, EveryonePrint and the PCs in the WBS building with the WBS username that you were emailed and your newly set password.

8-      REMEMBER – Please just use your WBS account for the above services for the best experience.

How to login to My WBS

You can login to My WBS with one of two accounts:

  • You have likely already logged into My WBS with your ITS account (uNumber)

  • You will also have a WBS account with a different username which also lets you login to the online printing service and the PCs at WBS.

Account locks

When you have 1 incorrect password attempt left on My WBS, you will see the following message:

When you see this message, it is STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD to avoid disruption to your studies.
If your account gets disabled, you will need to contact us and wait for us to unlock this for you.

If your account is locked, please email  help@wbs.ac.uk or visit the WBS eSolutions helpdesk in room 0.007.
