Your password will just be your ITS password. This is the password that you use to login to the Central Warwick University services, such as your University email account or the purple and white central university pages.

Account locks

When you have 1 incorrect password attempt left on My WBS, you will see the following message:

When you see this message, it is STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD to avoid disruption to your studies.
If your account gets disabled, you will need to contact us and wait for us to unlock this for you.

If your account is locked, please email  help@wbs.ac.uk or visit the WBS eSolutions helpdesk in room 0.007.

Note: If you reset your password after your account getting locked, this will not unlock your account and you will still need to contact us.
