SITS Access (Staff Only)

Many staff in WBS require access to the central student record system called SITS. There are two types of access, eVision and Vision. SITS:Vision is a desktop client used for searching applicant and student records and running reports. SITS:eVision provides an online view of student information in SITS. It comprises of web applications, e.g. Universal Admissions, EMU Marks Entry and Course Approval. This is authorised by Student Information Systems, then accessed online. For eVisions you only need to complete step 1 below.

To get access to SITS you need:

  1. A SITS username and password. To get one of these please complete the relevant access application form at https://warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/sits/access/ . The SITS team will then contact you with a username/password specifically for the SITS service.
  2. Access to the SITS application itself in the Software Centre list available via the shortcut on your desktop. Please contact help@wbs.ac.uk to request this if you do not already have access
  3. The SITS application installed on your computer. Once prerequisite 2 (above) is complete run the install program from Software Centre on your desktop. If you are using a WBS Managed machine at home you will need to connect to the VPN first in order to download this.
